The Portuguese Railway Cluster Platform Association is organising a two-day event in light of the European Year of Rail 2021, 2 and 3 february in a digital event.
In light of the European Year of Rail and the future developments of the Railway in Europe, PFP – Portuguese Railway Cluster Association is hosting the “Portugal Railway Summit 2021”, aiming to discuss ideas, exchange experiences and new visions of innovation for the entire Railway Sector. Four thematic modules will be presented on the 2-day event: « National and International Investments”, followed by “Ecosystems” and “Technological Challenges”, and on the 2nd day, Forums on “International Railway Clusters” and “The Future of the Railways”. The event will be a forum for discussion of current trends of the Railway sector, such as the topics presented as the challenges for the mobility of 2030, defined by ERRAC, and the Rail Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA): Digitalization, Automation, New Mobility Solutions, Green and Sustainable Mobility.
